Bhagwant Mann Targets Congress, Akalis and BJP, Says They Have Joined Hands Against Punjab

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday alleged that Congress, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and BJP are colluding together to serve their self-interest and stifle development in the state. He also said these parties are extremely corrupt and have a similar agenda.

“We have One vs All fight ahead. Different flags and symbols but same agenda.”

“Traditional political parties in the state are uncomfortable to see the son of a common family working honestly for the development of all sections of society.”

Mann Says Opposition Parties Are Colluding Together

These parties were unable to come to terms with Punjab’s resources being used for the welfare of the people. The CM alleged that they have come together to loot the state. He further stated that he has shared the happiness and sadness of 3.25 crore Punjabis. He said that the Opposition had targeted him as people are no longer accepting politics of deceit, corruption and self-interest.

“The Akali leadership have made self-interest in almost every business during their rule. They forcefully take their share from every business venture but I have chosen to share the happiness, struggles and hardships of the common man. They are uncomfortable to see us working for the common man instead of the powerful families.”

Mann Says His Greatest Asset Is Love And Blessings Of People

The CM said his greatest asset was the love and blessings of the people of Punjab. He said that whenever he visits villages, he receives love from the people of the village.

“Whenever I visit villages, my turban is filled with flowers. I don’t have any powerful families or rich people supporting me but I have the blessings of the people. As long as the people of Punjab support me then I don’t care about the opposition.”

Mann further warned the Opposition that the people of Punjab will repeat the results of 2022 and make them return to their homes in 2027.
