Hisar: The Haryana Anti Corruption Bureau team today arrested middleman Rashpal, a resident of Uklana, Hisar district, red-handed while accepting an amount of Rs 580000. In this case, a case has been registered against other accused posted in CIA-2, Hisar namely Inspector Kapil Sihag, Constable Ajay, Ramesh Dhaka, and other accused. Investigation is being carried out in this case by collecting necessary evidence.
Giving information about this, the government spokesperson said that the Haryana Anti Corruption Bureau team had received a complaint. In the complaint, it was told that the accused have demanded a bribe from the complainant by threatening to make him an accused in another case registered in Hisar.
The complainant said that the accused were demanding a bribe of Rs 17,50000 through middleman Rashpal. The ACB team, after investigating all the facts, made a plan to catch the accused and succeeded in arresting accused Rashpal red-handed while accepting a bribe of ₹ 580000.
This entire action was taken with transparency in front of witnesses. Action has been taken against the accused by filing a case in the Anti Corruption Bureau, Hisar Police Station
