Mumbai: Bollywood star Varun Dhawan, riding high on the success of “Citadel: Honey Bunny,” recently shared a photo of himself after taking a dip in the sea.
The actor posted a shirtless selfie on Instagram, showcasing his drenched look against a scenic backdrop of the beach and rocky terrain. He captioned the image: “Vitamin sea.”
“Citadel: Honey Bunny,” directed by Raj & DK, is the Indian adaptation of the American series Citadel. The story follows Honey and Bunny, the parents of Nadia Sinh, a character portrayed by Priyanka Chopra in the original series. Varun stars alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles, with Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Sikandar Kher, Saqib Saleem, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Singh Parihar, and Thalaivaasal Vijay in supporting roles.
Looking ahead, Varun will appear in “Baby John,” directed by Kalees. On November 15, he teased fans with a glimpse of his action-packed cop character in a video, stating, “There must be many like me, but I came for the first time!!! #babyjohn It begins…” The film is set for a grand release on Christmas Day this year, produced by Jio Studios in collaboration with Atlee and Cine1 Studios.
Additionally, the 37-year-old actor is slated to star in the war drama “Border 2,” alongside Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, which is scheduled for release on January 23, 2026.
