Palwal: A youth molested a minor girl in Palwal. When the girl protested, the accused threatened to kill her and beat her up. He also intimidated her and forcibly made her sit on the bike. The girl reached home and told her family about her ordeal. After this, the family complained to the camp police station.
Police station in-charge Dinesh Kumar said that a woman resident of a colony has told me that her 14-and-a-half-year-old daughter is studying in class 9. Her daughter was going to tuition after coming from school, and during that time, a youth named Lokendra came on the way with a bike and blocked the way.
Threats of death forced the girl to sit on the bike. The accused took her to some other place. There, he molested her minor daughter and tried to do the wrong things. When his daughter protested, the accused beat her up and threatened to kill her.
The victim informed her parents about the incident after reaching home and complained to the camp police station. The police have registered a case against the accused Lokendra under sections 115, 126, 137, 151(3), 75(2), 78/96, and 12/8 of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.
