Mumbai: Punjabi superstar and actor Diljit Dosanjh has left fans impressed after sharing a glimpse of Japan’s remarkable cleanliness during his ongoing visit to the country. The singer revealed that he struggled to find a roadside dustbin while trying to dispose of a small piece of garbage, highlighting how spotless the streets are.
Diljit amazed by Japan’s spotless streets
In a video shared on social media, Diljit was seen looking for a dustbin to throw away a piece of trash. He praised Japan for maintaining exceptionally clean streets, noting that not a single piece of litter could be seen anywhere.
The actor also shared glimpses of his travel adventures, exploring the country’s scenic locations, local food and shopping experiences.
Sharing the post, Diljit wrote, “BEFORE EUROPE TOUR JATT EXPLORING BEAUTIFUL JAPAN Jaldi Milde An Europe AURA WORLD TOUR 2026 (sic).”
Exploring Tokyo before Europe tour
Earlier, Diljit had also treated fans to moments from his Tokyo visit through a series of pictures and videos. He was seen strolling through the city’s vibrant streets, enjoying Japanese delicacies, relishing an ice cream and exploring local shops while capturing memorable moments from his trip.
The Japan visit comes ahead of his much-awaited Aura World Tour 2026, for which the singer is expected to travel to Europe soon.
Recently voiced support for protesting students
Diljit recently made headlines after expressing support for students following the Delhi Police’s alleged use of force to disperse students and youth activists during a CJP-led protest march to Parliament on July 20.
Recalling the criticism he faced for supporting the farmers’ protest, the singer wrote that he had been labelled “anti-national” multiple times and had also faced backlash and legal issues after extending support to the farmers’ movement.
He wrote, “Mere Te Already Anti Nationalist Da Tag Baut Vaar Lagg Chuka.. Hun V Mainu Anti-nationalist Keha Jaega. After Kisan Protest.. I faced a Lot of Backlash & Legal Problems which I can’t Even Discuss.. Baki Rab Sab Dekh Reha, Baba Bhalli Karu.”
