Mumbai: In the past few days, Bollywood stars have been investing in real estate. In the list, now actor Aamir Khan has also come. Aamir Khan has purchased a luxury apartment in a lavish area of Mumbai, Pali Hill.
He has purchased an apartment in Pali Hills’s Bella Vista Apartments. According to ‘Square Yards.com’, this apartment is worth Rs. 9.75 crores. The deal for a 1027-square-foot apartment was finalized on July 25, for which Khan paid Rs. 30 thousand as registration fees and Rs. 58.5 lakh as stamp duty.
Aamir Khan has not invested in these apartments for the first time. Already, he has various properties over here and in Marina apartments. He owns a luxurious bungalow near the river bank in Bandra. The bungalow covers five thousand sq. ft. of land.
In 2013, he purchased a farmhouse worth Rs. 7 crore in Panchgani. It expands to 2 acres, and often he visits the farmhouse to spend vacations with family.
Recently, in May, Junior Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan purchased six apartments worth Rs. 15 crore. The actor has also invested an amount in the Oberoi Sky City project in Boriwali whereas senior Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan purchased three office units worth Rs. 60 crore on Veera Desai Road.
On work front, Aamir is indulged in shooting his film zameen par’ with Genelia D’souza. It’s expected to be released on Christmas this year. He is also the producer of Junaid Khan’s (Aamir Khan’s son) movie ‘Ek Din’ and Sunny Deol’s upcoming film ‘Lahore 1947’.
