In terms of her upcoming projects, Kajol is preparing for the release of her Netflix film, Do Patti, co-starring Kriti Sanon. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, this suspense thriller will debut on October 25. Recently, Netflix teased the film’s release with a 1-minute, 32-second video that hint at the gripping storyline. The streaming service shared the teaser on X, stating, “Ab hoga khel shuru, lekin iss kahaani ke hai do pehlu. Do Patti releases on 25 October, only on Netflix.” The movie unfolds in the fictional town of Devipur, Uttarakhand, where Kajol portrays a determined police officer tasked with solving an attempted murder case, while Kriti plays twin sisters involved in the investigation, each hiding their own secrets. The cast also includes Shaheer Sheikh as Dhruv Sood, a character entangled in love and drama. This marks Kajol’s second film with Kriti after Dilwale.
Meanwhile, Ajay is set to appear in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, alongside a star-studded cast that includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, and Ravi Kishan. The film is slated for release this Diwali.
