On Friday, famous singer Asha Bhosle’s biography ‘Swarswamini Asha’ was launched at an event in Mumbai. In this event, as a gesture of respect and honour, Sonu Nigam washed the feet of Asha Bhosle with rose petals and honored her on the stage.
He kissed her feet and bowed his forehead over her feet. For this honor and respect, Asha Bhosle thanked Sonu.
In the event, he said, “Now a days there are various platforms to learn music on social media, but before this, there were only Lata Ji and Asha Ji to learn music. They taught music to the world. We have learned a lot from Asha Tayi, and I am thankful to her for this.”
