Mumbai: Ibrahim Ali Khan’s debut film, “Nadaaniyan,” featuring Khushi Kapoor, is set to premiere on Netflix on March 7. The announcement was made via Netflix’s official Instagram account, which stated: “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai aisi Nadaaniyan dekh kar Watch Nadaaniyan, out 7 March, only on Netflix!”
In this highly anticipated film, Ibrahim plays the role of Arjun Mehta, while Khushi portrays Pia Jai Singh. “Nadaaniyan” explores the intricate dynamics of Gen Z romance, highlighting the complexities of emotions and the challenges of authenticity.
Directed by first-time filmmaker Shauna Gautam and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra under Dharmatic Entertainment, the film also features Mahima Chaudhary, Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza, and Jugal Hansraj.
Recently, the team released the second song from the film, titled “Galatfehmi,” on February 17. The song delves into the intricacies of love and was shared with the caption, “For the ones who loved, lost, and never got to explain! #Galatfehmi song out now. Link in bio. #Nadaaniyan #NadaaniyanOnNetflix.” Composed by Sachin-Jigar and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, this soulful track is performed by Tushar Joshi and Madhubanti Bagchi.

The announcement of Ibrahim’s digital debut came on February 1, revealing the film’s premise, which centers on Pia, a spirited girl from South Delhi, and Arjun, a determined boy from Noida. Their contrasting backgrounds lead to a journey filled with mischief, heart, and the delightful chaos of first love.
Shauna Gautam, who is making her directorial debut, previously served as an assistant director on “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.”
