Kangana Ranaut will not take break from films for politics: Will promote ‘Emergency’ after the Parliament session

Mumbai: Actress and MP Kangana Ranaut has already taken oath as a Lok Sabha member. In an old interview, Kangana had said that if she wins the election, she will leave the film industry, although she will continue her film innings in future.

Her close ones have confirmed this. They have given important information related to Kangana’s upcoming release ‘Emergency’. The film was to be released along with ‘Chandu Champion’ but due to election engagements, the film could not come on that date. However, preparations are underway to release the film soon.

Will balance political and film career

Sources close to Kangana said, ‘Once the Parliament session is over, the picture will be clear on the film release. The effort was to release the film on June 25 itself, because the Emergency was imposed on the same date in 1975. However, that date was also postponed. Now it will be released on 6 September. Kangana will continue her film journey along with her first innings in the field of politics. The announcement on the next film can come very soon.

It is being said that Kangana also has films like Anand L Rai’s ‘Tanu Weds Manu 3’ and Aalukya Desai’s mythological drama ‘Sita – The Incarnation’. No update has come out on these recently.
