Mumbai: Manjari Fadnnis has shared that she has resumed her training in Indian classical music. The actress, who began her musical journey last year told, “It’s been going well! I restarted my training on January 2 with my teacher, Sucheta Bhattacharjee. I’m really excited about my musical journey and have many plans ahead.”
She also mentioned that her film “Pune Highway” is nearing its release, with the official dates yet to be announced. Additionally, she enjoyed a lovely time in Goa with family and a close friend, making for a fulfilling start to the year.
In terms of her musical endeavors, Fadnnis revealed that she has a single titled “Titli Ki Aawargi,” composed by her friend Gourav Dasgupta, which will be released soon, along with other singles.
Manjari also discussed a recent photoshoot in a red sari, crediting her friend and photographer M. Fahim for the concept. He aimed to create something unique, involving elements of Fire, Water, and Rain, capturing her in a personal and natural moment without makeup. She expressed her excitement about exploring new aspects of herself through this shoot, as it allowed her to challenge existing stereotypes. The positive response exceeded their expectations, and she is grateful for the love and appreciation received.
On the work front, Manjari was recently seen in the gripping thriller series “The Freelancer,” created and written by Neeraj Pandey, alongside actors like Mohit Raina and Anupam Kher.
