Mumbai: The movie ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ was released on April 11, 2024, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. It was a fully action-packed comedy, thriller, and adventurous movie. But the movie was not successful, and it flopped, due to which the production company had to sell their office to pay up the financiers.
Choreographer turned director Ahmad Khan, during an interview, explained how Akshay deals with his failures. He said, “Akshay sir is not affected by success or failure.” He never talks about his failures. What matters to him is whether he has given his 100 percent to the work or not and is very punctual. He is never late on sets. On a shift of 7 a.m., I receive a call at 6:30 a.m. that Akshay sir has reached the set. He never made us wait for him. Even if we are late, he never gets angry. He never made us feel that he was waiting for us.”
Akshay Kumar works on many films in a year, but unfortunately, the films are not able to earn at the box office. Ahmad Khan said, “People consider that Akshay Sir is working for money, but it’s not like that. Why do he need money? His work is his passion. He says, Work like it’s the last film of your career.”
