Mumbai: Shruti Haasan wishes her father, the superstar Kamal Haasan, a happy 70th birthday with a heartfelt note. On November 7, she took to Instagram to share a photo of the two of them in the gym, with Kamal in athletic wear while she is dressed up. In her caption, she described him as a “rare diamond” and expressed that walking alongside him is one of her favorite experiences.
Even though he doesn’t believe in God, she feels he is a chosen one. Shruti expressed her excitement for the magical contributions he makes and wished him many more birthdays filled with dream fulfillment, ending with “Love you so much pa.”
Kamal Haasan is celebrated as one of Indian cinema’s greatest actors, with a prolific career spanning various languages including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Bengali. He has received numerous accolades, including National Film Awards, state film awards, and prestigious honors like the Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan.
Beginning his career as a child actor in the 1960 film “Kalathur Kannamma,” he gained prominence for his role in the 1975 movie “Apoorva Raagangal.” Kamal has won three National Film Awards for Best Actor for his performances in films such as “Moondram Pirai,” “Nayakan,” and “Indian.”
