Held on December 19 at the CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Seoul, the event saw Son Ye Jin stepping out in support of her husband.
The actress, known for her roles in Crash Landing On You and Something in the Rain, turned heads with her chic yet simple ensemble—a white tee, denim jeans, and a long black coat paired with minimal jewelry. She mentioned how Hyun Bin had visibly grown thinner during the intense filming schedule and noted the pain in his eyes as he immersed himself in his character. In a recent promotional interview, Hyun Bin shared his gratitude towards his wife. He acknowledged that his demanding filming schedule kept him away from her for extended periods but expressed appreciation for her unwavering support. He said, “After filming ended, my wife told me, ‘You worked hard. You did a great job.’ Those words gave me so much strength.”
Directed by Woo Min Ho, Harbin is a biographical period drama set in the 1900s during Japan’s colonization of Korea. The film centers on Ahn Jung Geun, played by Hyun Bin, who undertakes a daring mission to assassinate Japanese Prime Minister Ito Hirobumi, a symbol of Japanese oppression. Harbin is slated to release on December 24.
