Mumbai: Bollywood Actress Yami Gautam and her husband Aditya Dhar have embraced parenthood with the arrival of their son. The couple took to Instagram and shared the news of arrival of their baby boy. The couple also announced the name of their new born on Instagram. Their baby boy was born on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya which was on May 10.
Giving not so common name, the couple named their son ‘Vedavid’. The post shared read, “We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our beloved son Vedavid who graced us with his birth on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya. Please shower him with all your Kind blessings and love, Warm Regards Yami and Aditya.”
What is the meaning of Vedavid?
Vedavid means “one who knows the Vedas.” It is also a name associated with Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva, and Lord Ram. Name having significance and association with Hinduism, Yami and Aditya gave unique name to their son.
The couple further extended gratitude to medical professionals. The post said, “We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the exceptionally dedicated and wonderful medical professionals at Surya Hospital, especially Dr. Bhupender Awasthi and Dr. Ranjana Dhanu, whose expertise and tireless efforts made this joyous occasion possible.”
The couple further said, “As we embark on this beautiful journey of parenthood, we eagerly anticipate the bright future that awaits our son. With every milestone he achieves, we are filled with the hope and belief that he will grow to become a beacon of pride for our entire family as well as our beloved nation.”
