Two Brothers Found Dead in Car in Faridabad

Faridabad: The discovery of the bodies of two men in a car in the Naveen Nagar area, under the jurisdiction of Faridabad’s Palla police station, created panic among locals. Police arrived at the scene after receiving information, recovered the bodies, and sent them to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem examination. The victims are reported to be brothers.

Victims Identified

Police spokesperson Yashpal confirmed that the deceased were Kundan Kumar (44) and Ranjan Kumar (38), originally from Chhapra, Bihar. Kundan Kumar was a retired army personnel, while Ranjan Kumar had a disability affecting one of his legs. Both had been residing in Roshan Nagar for some time.

Cause of Death

Initial investigations suggest that the brothers died of suffocation inside the car. The vehicle had reportedly been parked at the location since around 10 a.m. on Friday, but authorities were only informed later in the evening by suspicious locals.

Investigation Underway

Police have identified the deceased using documents found with them and have informed their families. Officers at the scene stated that the full circumstances surrounding the deaths will be clarified after the post-mortem report is received.

Residents noted that the car had been stationary for a long period, prompting them to alert authorities. Police continue to probe the incident and are examining all possible leads.
