The three-day Punjab visit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nitin Nabin concludes today. He began the third day by meeting the renowned agricultural economist and Padma Bhushan awardee, Dr. Sardara Singh Johl.
He will now discuss preparations for the Punjab elections with senior party office-bearers, leaders who have contested assembly elections, MPs, former MPs, and other leaders. It is reported that he will seek feedback from these leaders to formulate a strategy for Punjab. Subsequently, he will interact with the youth and depart for Delhi in the afternoon.
Here is the schedule of Nitin Nabin’s engagements:
Meeting with Dr. S. Sardara Singh Johl: At 8:30 AM, Nitin Nabin arrived at the BRS Nagar (Ludhiana) residence of renowned agricultural economist Dr. S. Sardara Singh Johl for a special meeting.
Meeting with senior party leaders and office-bearers: A major meeting is scheduled for 9:30 AM at Hotel Regenta Central Classic (Link Road, Model Town, Ludhiana). BJP MPs, former MPs, MLAs, former MLAs, state office-bearers, and district presidents will participate in this meeting to discuss political and organizational issues concerning Punjab.
‘Yuva Samvad’ (Youth Interaction) program: A ‘Yuva Samvad’ program is being organized at the same venue (Hotel Regenta Central Classic, Model Town) at 11:00 AM, where Nitin Nabin will interact directly with the youth and share views.
