Congress raises questions about SIR

The Congress party has consistently criticized the SIR campaign. He has raised the issue of alleged irregularities during the campaign.

In addition to Rahul Gandhi, other leaders of the opposition alliance INDIA have also filed petitions in the Supreme Court regarding this matter.

Supreme Court seeks response from Election Commission

Hearing Rahul Gandhi’s petition, the Supreme Court issued a notice to the Election Commission seeking its response regarding the SIR campaign.

The Election Commission’s response and further judicial proceedings in this matter will now be closely monitored.
