AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra’s problems increase, court issues notice to appear in 30 days

AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra’s troubles seem to be increasing. A court in Patiala has ordered Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, who is accused in a rape case, to appear before it. The court has given him until November 12.

If Pathanmajra does not appear in the court by the stipulated time, action will be taken to declare him a fugitive. A notice in this regard has been pasted at his house in Patiala. Apart from this, his property can also be attached.

It is worth noting that an FIR was registered against Pathanmajra in a rape case at the Civil Lines police station in Patiala two months ago. When the police went to arrest him, he fled to Dabri village in Karnal, Haryana.

Bail application rejected on October 9

An FIR was also registered in Karnal in this regard. Pathan Majra filed a bail application in the Patiala court, but the court rejected his petition on October 9. Pathan Majra also released two videos in this regard, in which he said that action was being taken against him in an old case because he had spoken against the Delhi team of the AAP.
