Haryana Congress to Hold State-Level Meetings in Districts, First Meeting in Ambala Today

Ambala: Haryana Congress has formulated a new plan to strengthen its organization at the grassroots level. The party has decided that state-level meetings will now be held in the districts, not just at the headquarters. In this regard, the first state-level meeting has been called today in Ambala district.

District presidents from all 33 districts of Haryana will participate in this meeting. State Congress President Rao Narendra Singh will also be present. During this meeting, the district presidents will review the work done by the district presidents over the past month. Organizational issues and future plans will also be discussed.

Meetings to be held at the district level

Until now, most of the Haryana Congress’s state-level meetings were held at the Chandigarh headquarters. However, the party leadership believes that holding meetings in the districts will enhance the organization’s grassroots activities and establish better communication with local workers and leaders.

The state president will be accompanied by state co-incharges Jitendra Baghel and Prafull Gudhe at these meetings. State incharge BK Hariprasad is currently in Delhi and is expected to return to Haryana soon.

A review of one month’s work will be conducted.

The meeting in Ambala will review the organizational work and public relations campaigns undertaken by the district presidents over the past month. District presidents have been instructed to bring detailed reports of the programs, movements, and organizational activities organized in their respective districts.

Issues related to coordination between MLAs and district presidents may also be discussed at the meeting. According to sources, some district presidents may express their views on the working style of MLAs, while feedback received from MLAs regarding the organization may also be considered.

About movement strategy also discussed.

Along with organizational issues, the meeting will also discuss the current political situation. State President Rao Narendra Singh recently expressed concern over the shortage of LPG and crude oil supplies. The party says that amid rising inflation, gas and fuel prices and supply issues have exacerbated the hardships of ordinary people.

According to sources, the meeting may also formulate a strategy for a state-level movement on this issue. If the situation does not improve soon, Congress may initiate district-level protest programs. The party leadership has also decided that state-level district president meetings will now be held in different districts every month.
