CM Saini had made the announcement
The Narnaund sub-division has been included in Hansi for the purpose of creating the new district. It is worth noting that a Hansi Development Rally was held last Tuesday, December 16, at the new auto market in Hansi. Chief Minister Nayab Saini attended the rally, where he announced that Hansi would be made the 23rd district of the state. CM Saini had said at the time that the notification for creating the district would be issued within a week.
District-level officers will soon be appointed in Hansi
The one-week period ended on Monday, and the notification for making Hansi a district has been issued. Now, the appointment of a DC and other district-level officers in Hansi will take place soon. The orders for the appointment of a DC in Hansi are awaited until further notice. The DC of Hisar may be given an additional charge.
