Haryana: 23-year-old Rahul of Baldi village died in a road accident in Washington, America. After getting the news, his parents and younger sister are inconsolable. Right now, donations are being collected in America to bring the body of the youth to India.
Rahul’s father Subhash told that his family currently lives in Basant Vihar.
He dreamed that his son should work abroad. For this, he took a loan of Rs 50 lakh and sent him to America eight months ago via Dunki. About two months ago, he got a parcel delivery job in Washington. Here he used to drive a parcel vehicle. He was in his car at a red light during work at around 9 pm on May 29.
During this time, someone else hit his car from behind. Due to this, Rahul died on the spot. When Rahul did not reach home on time in Washington, his relative Raman called him but the number was switched off. After this, they started searching for him. When they reached the red light, his car was found in a damaged condition. After this, all the youth reached the police station. Here they came to know that Rahul had died in a road accident. After this, the family in Baldi village was informed about Rahul’s death.
The family members of the deceased Rahul have appealed to the government for help. They say that the financial condition of the family is not good after taking a loan. Help should be provided in bringing the son’s body to India. Rahul’s family includes his younger sister, who is still studying and his father works as an electrician.
