CM Naib Saini in Karnal today

Haryana: A state-level program is being organized under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana (Happy Scheme) at Dr. Mangal Saini Auditorium in Karnal. In which CM Nayab Saini will participate as the chief guest. Transport Minister Aseem Goyal will also be present in the program along with the CM. At the same time, various districts of the state will also join the online system in this program.

The Happy Card Scheme was launched on March 7. So far, Happy Cards have been distributed to more than 57 thousand beneficiaries under this scheme.

For this card under the Happy Scheme, Roadways GM Kuldeep said that the family whose annual income is less than Rs 1,80000 can get this card made. Under this scheme, only 30 km can be travelled in a roadways bus in 1 day. To get the card made, the beneficiary can apply at the headquarters of Haryana Roadways.

Now the government has set a target of distributing Happy Cards to about one lakh beneficiaries. For this, a state level program is being organized by the Transport Department. In this program, CM will distribute Happy Cards to the beneficiaries.

About 23 depots and 13 sub-depots of Kaithal, Hisar, Jind, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Karnal, Bhiwani and Kurukshetra will be connected with this program and Happy Cards will be distributed to 25 beneficiaries at each depot. All these districts will be connected with Karnal through online system.

Karnal DC Uttam Singh said that now Antyodaya families will get the facility of free travel in Haryana Roadways buses, which is called Haryana Happy Card Yojana. Under this scheme, Antyodaya families are allowed to travel free up to 1000 kilometers every year.
