Haryana: An army constable posted in Jammu has been accused of rape charges. Civil Lines Police station has registered FIR against the constable on the complaint of victim. Victim is resident of North-East Delhi.
In a statement to the police 23-year old girl she met Kuldeep Beniwal resident of Fatehabad in 2021. Kuldeep is working in Indian army. The victim says that she became good friends with Kuldeep. He used to come to Delhi to meet her. Kuldeep promised to marry her and started having physical relations with her.
The victim says that she had come to Sirsa a few days ago. Kuldeep also came to Sirsa. Kuldeep called her under the railway bridge and had physical relations with her there. The victim says that when she asked Kuldeep to fulfil his promise of marriage, he refused to marry her. After this, the victim realized that Kuldeep kept having physical relations with her by luring her with marriage.
After this, she went to the police station and complained. The police took action and registered a case against the accused Kuldeep. Police say that investigation into the case has been started and the accused will be arrested soon.
