Sonipat Factory Blast: After 20 hours, body recovered of third worker by NDRF

Sonipat : Yesterday’s Boiler blast in Sonipat factory left people in scared condition and two people died on the spot. NDRF was continuing efforts for recovering of third person. After 20 hours of efforts the body of the third worker recovered buried under the debris of the blast in Sonipat’s Katha factory has been recovered.

The police team has taken the body into custody and sent it to the civil hospital for post-mortem. NDRF faced problems in searching for the third worker due to breaking of beam and pillar. During this time, the 30-member team made continuous efforts and recovered the body of the third worker.

On the other hand, fifteen people have been injured in the incident. At present, the injured have been admitted to the hospital. The police is investigating the matter.

According to the information, this incident has occurred on Wednesday in Dahiya Colony near Kundli police station area of Sonipat. Late night, a boiler exploded in a factory and many nearby houses were damaged. It is being told that people are buried due to the collapse of a house.
