Hisar: Narnaund police station has registered a case in the roadways bus and truck accident that happened on November 14 near village Majra Pyaau of Narnaund in Hisar district. Police has registered a case against bus driver Anil after recording the statement of truck driver Krishna Kumar. This accident happened due to the negligence of the bus driver. Narnaund police station has taken the bus and truck in its custody. Police are investigating the matter.
In the statement given to Narnaund police station, Krishna Kumar said that he is a resident of Hansi behind New Subhash Nagar Mata Kali Devi Temple. He has a son and a daughter. He said, “I have a truck which I drive myself. On November 14, at around 7:30 in the morning, I was at my old house in village Madha. The truck was filled with sacks of paddy, with which he had left for Sonipat.”
He added that the driver of Haryana Roadways bus was coming from the front driving his bus at a very high speed. The driver of the Haryana Roadways bus, while driving the bus at high speed hit truck from the front. In this collision, truck suffered a lot of damage whereas driver too sustained injuries.
Haryana Roadways driver was later found out, and identified as Anil, a resident of Thurana. He drove his bus at high speed and hit truck directly, injuring truck driver and causing a lot of damage to truck. Narnaul police station has registered a case against the bus driver Anil Kumar under sections 281, 125, 125(A), 324(4) of the Indian Penal Code and has started an investigation.
