The highest drop in night temperature was recorded in Hisar. Here the mercury of Balsamand fell by 3.8 degrees. The temperature in Kurukshetra has fallen by 2.2 degrees.
The highest temperature at night was 9.8 degrees in Palwal. The temperature in Hisar was 3.9 degrees at night, while it was 3.8 degrees in Narnaul of Mahendragarh. The cold has started increasing in the areas bordering Rajasthan. Fog was also seen at many places in the state today. In Hisar, the visibility was around 1 thousand meters at 12 midnight. At the same time, it reached 400 meters at three in the morning. Fog was also seen in Bawani Khera, Yamunanagar.
Vehicle drivers faced problems due to this. The fog was also seen in Ambala, but the visibility here was recorded at 1200 meters at night. The Meteorological Department has warned that dense fog may occur at many places in the state on December 22. Last night, the minimum temperature in Sonipat fell to 0.8 degrees. The minimum temperature in Jagdishpur of Sonipat was 7.1 degrees. At the same time, it was recorded at 4.8 degrees in Gohana area.
