Conductor’s bag stolen at Panipat bus stand

Panipat: The conductor’s bag kept inside the roadway bus at the new bus stand in Siwah, Panipat, Haryana, was stolen. The conductor had kept it on the bonnet. He was calling passengers below. When he returned after 15 minutes, the bag was missing. After this, he complained to the police.

Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case against unknown people under various sections. In the complaint given to the Sector 29 police station, Surendra said that he is a resident of village Adhami. He works as a conductor at the Haryana Roadways Panipat depot. He came to the new bus stand in Siwah Panipat with the bus on July 13.

He parked the bus at counter number 17 and boarded the passengers. He kept his bag on the bonnet of the bus, got down, and started calling the passengers. About 15 minutes later, when he got back on the bus, he saw that his bag was not there.

He also searched the bus but couldn’t find the bag. Apart from the ticket box containing Rs 7685, the bag also contained his wallet, Aadhaar card, driving license, conductor’s license, PAN card, ATM card, and Rs 12,000.
