Sirsa Dera Sacha Sauda chief, Gurmeet Ram Rahim who is serving a sentence in Sunaria jail in the sexual harassment case, has come out of jail on parole for the ninth time. Ram Rahim has been granted 30 days parole before the Delhi elections. Ram Rahim has left for Sirsa from Rohtak jail.
For the first time after walking out of jail, Ram Rahim is going to his ashram in Sirsa. Earlier, whenever Ram Rahim got parole, he used to go to Barnawa Ashram in UP. The Haryana administration had sought a conduct report from the Uttar Pradesh Police about Ram Rahim’s stay in the ashram.
Dera chief Gurmeet Singh Ram Rahim came out on parole for the eighth time on October 2, 2024 for 20 days before the state assembly elections. He spent the parole period with his adopted daughter Honeypreet and family members at Barnawa Ashram in Baghpat, UP. On completion of the parole period, he was sent to Sunaria jail on October 22.
