According to the information, the elderly woman Sammon is a resident of Mathura. She had gone to Pirgarh village to meet her daughter. There was a fight going on between two parties. During this, people from the other side attacked Sammon with bricks, sticks and rods.
Sammon, who was seriously injured in the attack, was first taken to the government hospital. From there, considering his critical condition, he was admitted to a private hospital in Hodal. He died during treatment on Sunday night.
Hasanpur police station in-charge Malkhan Singh said that on the complaint of the deceased’s son Naseem, a case of murder has been registered against Fariyaad, Jamma, Maqsood, Amir and others. The police have handed over the body to the family after the post-mortem.
