Two arrested in snatching case in Faridabad: 83,000 recovers from accused

Faridabad: In Faridabad, the police have arrested two accused in the snatching case. Eighty thousand rupees have been recovered from them. The accused has been identified as Amit alias Bhura, a resident of Khichdipur in Delhi, and the other Amit is a resident of Surya Vihar Part 2 in Faridabad.

During the interrogation of the accused, the incidents of snatching were revealed. The crime branch team took both the accused on police production and revealed three snatching incidents in the Green Field area from the accused.

The accused had sold one chain looted by snatching for seventy thousand and the other chain for eighty thousand to another person in the Green Field area on the pretext of his wife being ill. Apart from this, one chain was sold to an unknown person in the Ghazipur area for Rs 80,000, citing compulsion.

During police interrogation, it was revealed that eight cases of snatching had been registered against accused (Amit) earlier also. A case of theft is also registered against accused Bhura in Delhi. The accused have revealed incidents of chain snatching. The accused have been sent to jail after interrogation.
