Farmers “Dilli Chalo” March Today, Heavy Police Forces Deployed, Internet And Mobile Services Suspended

The meeting of Union Ministers with farmers has yielded no results. The farmers are adamant on their decision to march to Delhi. Farmers will march to Delhi at 10 am today. Borders of Punjab Haryana Sealed And Deployed Heavy Police Forces. Mobile And Internet services has been suspended in Haryana Border Belt as well some of Districts.

In a meeting that lasted 5 and a half hours in Chandigarh on last Night, farmer leaders and Union ministers could not agree on the Minimum Support Price (MSP) Guarantee Act and loan waiver. After this, Kisan Mazdoor Morcha convenor Sarwan Singh Pandher announced the Delhi march.

He has asked the farmers to gather at Shambhu, Khanauri and Dabwali of Punjab-Haryana borders. Pandher said–The government is not serious about the demands of the farmers. The government has a flaw in its mind. Pandher Told- We will consider the government’s proposal, but remain firm on the movement.

Union Minister Arjun Munda said that everything should be resolved through talks. There are some issues which require forming a committee to resolve them.

In view of the movement, the borders of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh are sealed. Strict barricading has been done in Delhi. Section 144 has also been imposed for one month. Heavy Police Forces Deployed On Borders of Punjab-Haryana.

Barbed Wires And Iron Nails On Roads

Punjab-Haryana border has been sealed and Security intensified at Delhi Border. Roads of Haryana with Punjab has Border sealed installing barricades, boulders, sand-filled tippers and barbed wires, iron nails. Paramilitary forces have also been deployed to prevent untoward incidents.

The farmers have planned to enter Haryana from Shambhu border in Patiala, Moonak in Sangrur, Dabwali in Muktsar and Ratia border in Mansa. Haryana Police has sealed all four entry routes. Security has also been increased at Singhu, Ghazipur and Tikri borders to prevent protests in Delhi.
