Panipat: Gangster Rishi Chulkana, lodged in the Panipat district jail of Haryana, suddenly fell ill. The gangster had chest pain. After this, he informed the jail administration about this. The gangster was first given first aid in jail. But he did not feel comfortable there.

After this, he was taken from the jail to the civil hospital under tight security. Where he was given first aid for about 20 minutes. Due to complaints of chest pain, the gangster was referred to Rohtak PGI. The security force accompanying him spoke to the higher officials without delay and told them about taking the gangster to Rohtak PGI. After this, he was taken to Rohtak in a police van under tight police security.

According to the information, gangster Rishi Chulkana is lodged in Panipat jail. On Friday morning, his health suddenly deteriorated in jail. He complained about chest pain to the jail administration. When the gangster was brought to the civil hospital, the doctors stabilized him, but he still kept complaining of chest pain. Due to this, he has been referred to Rohtak PGI.

According to police records, the miscreant Rishi Chulkana started his criminal life with the Dinesh Gang of the village itself. Within a few days, he became the sharpshooter of the gang. He killed Inspector Ramesh in the Food and Supply Department of the village itself. In which the accused was sentenced to five and a half years.

Rishi Chulkana took parole from the High Court in this case, and as soon as he came out, he tried to kill a person in Sonipat. According to the records, Rishi Chulkana has studied until the tenth standard. In between, the accused also ran a dairy in UP, but he had to make a name for himself in the world of crime.
