Gurugram: On Wednesday, a young man died of electrocution while doing electrical work in the swimming pool of a new villa being built in a society located in Sector-110A. Police have taken the body into custody.
The owner of the villa had assigned this work to a contractor. 19-year-old Abhishek Paswan was working for the contractor. The police spokesperson said that due to the building being under construction, there was dampness in the walls and ground.
In such a situation, Abhishek Paswan was doing electrical wiring here barefoot. During this, he died of electrocution. It is being told that Abhishek had a holiday on Wednesday, but he was called for work. He lived in the Ganga Vihar Society of the area.
He was originally from Bihar. The post-mortem of the body will be done on Thursday. He said that the matter is being investigated.
