In a tragic road accident on Sunday night on the Kanina-Rewari road in Haryana, a couple from Krishna Colony met with a major accident. In this accident, the husband Krishna died on the spot, while his wife Sunita, was seriously injured. The accident took place at around 9:45 pm, when both were returning home after closing their grocery shop.
According to the police, Krishna and Sunita were walking towards home after closing their grocery shop on Rewari Road, when an unknown tanker coming at high speed from Kanina hit them. The collision was so severe that Krishna died on the spot, while Sunita was seriously injured. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed nearby, in which the tanker can be clearly seen hitting the couple.
In the footage, Sunita is seen crying on the road and unable to get up due to serious injuries. Locals immediately informed the police and the injured Sunita was admitted to a nearby hospital, where her condition remains critical. Based on the CCTV footage, the police have registered a case against the unidentified tanker driver and have started searching for him.
