On one hand, arrests are being made one after another in the Pakistan espionage case in Haryana. On the other hand, a campaign has started to find out Bangladeshis-Rohingyas living illegally in many districts of the state. In this sequence, the police have caught 29 Bangladeshis from Kalanaur in Rohtak. These include 8 children. All were working at the Kharkiya brick kiln.
They were caught during the verification of documents. During interrogation, a Bangladeshi said that he has been living illegally for 22 years. The contractor had taken 25 thousand rupees to cross the border. Labor work is available in India, so he had come to earn money. Contractors at brick kilns had made Aadhar cards of Bangladeshis. During interrogation, it was found that about 5 to 10 people are made to cross the border together. All of them entered India illegally via West Bengal. All the agents are sending people to India in the greed of huge profits.
Thousands of Bangladeshis have entered several states, including Haryana and Punjab. According to estimates, around 25 to 30 thousand Bangladeshis are living in the kilns and hotels of Haryana. Kalanaur police station in-charge Satpal said that at present, 29 people will be sent to Rohtak Civil Line. After this, they will be sent back to their country.
