Haryana CM to visit Karnal today: Will address Kisan Sammelan at NDRI

Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is arriving today to address the PM Kisan Sammelan organized at the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) in Karnal.

On this special occasion, the 17th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be released. Which will benefit 9.3 crore farmers, while 9 crore eligible farmers got the benefit of the 16th installment.

Along with this, certificates will be distributed to more than 30 thousand self-help groups as Krishi Sakhi. 5 major Krishi Sakhis will get certificates from the hands of the Prime Minister. A short film based on the project will also be shown on this occasion.

What is the outline of the program

The program will start with the arrival of the Chief Minister, which is scheduled at 4:15 pm. After this, the distinguished guests will be welcomed and mementos will be provided. Welcome speech will be given by the Director of NDRI.

Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini’s address will be from 4:30 pm to 4:50 pm, in which he will share his views and highlight the achievements made in the field of agriculture. After this, Krishi Sakhi certificates will be distributed by the Chief Minister for 10 minutes.

Prime Minister’s virtual address

The Prime Minister will also have a virtual address at NDRI, which will be at 5 pm. The Prime Minister’s address will be preceded by the address of the Union Agriculture Minister. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also present his views on this occasion.

The program will be telecast live from Varanasi

PM Modi will transfer an installment of Rs 2,000 to 9.3 crore farmers of the country from his parliamentary constituency Varanasi. There will also be a live telecast of this entire program, which Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will watch with the farmers at NDRI.

The Prime Minister’s address will begin at 5:26 pm, in which he will discuss the government’s commitment towards farmers and the steps taken for the development of agriculture. The program will conclude with a vote of thanks by the Director of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Panchkula, Haryana.
