Haryana: In Bhiwani, Haryana, the pink and model booths built for voting have been decorated like a bride. The pink and model booths built in Tosham’s Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School and Panchayat Ghar were decorated with colorful balloons.
The women coming to vote at the entrance looked extremely excited. Rangoli at both the booths was also attractive.
The entire responsibility of voting in the pink booth rested with the women. Where only women were deployed as Presiding Officer, First, Second and Third Employees. Similarly, the model booth built in the Panchayat house was also decorated. Selfie points were made at the pink booth and model booth. After coming out after voting, women and men kept taking selfies at the selfie point.
Women polling workers were made to wear turban.
At the pink booth, SDM Manoj Kumar Dalal and Naib Tehsildar Reetu Poonia got a selfie done with the female polling personnel wearing turban. In this great festival of democracy, half the population showed complete enthusiasm for voting.
