Haryana Weather Update: Weather to remain clear as No alert issued by IMD

Chandigarh: The weather in Haryana will remain clear today (24th January). The meteorological department has not issued any warnings for today. It has also been stated that the weather will remain clear in Haryana for the next 5 days. The temperature is expected to rise steadily until 28th January. During this period, the weather will likely remain dry, but it may change afterward.

According to Dr. Madan Khichar, Head of the Department of Agricultural Meteorology at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, the light northern and north-western winds are expected to cause a drop in night temperatures until 28th January. During this period, fog may also appear in some areas early in the morning and late at night.

The meteorological department reported that on 23rd January, the minimum temperature in Karnal was 8°C, in Hisar 7.8°C, in Rohtak 10.1°C, in Gurugram 11.4°C, in Faridabad 11.2°C, and in Ambala 10.7°C.

Generally, the weather will remain dry and clear. According to the meteorological department, a weak western disturbance has passed over Haryana and Delhi-NCR. The snowfall in the hilly regions has also ceased. During this time, light rain occurred in the plains, particularly in Haryana and the southern and eastern parts of Delhi-NCR. The weather will now generally remain dry.

Although the light rainfall has increased the humidity in the region, strong surface winds in the coming days may cause light fog in Haryana and Delhi-NCR.
