Hisar: There is fog in many places in Haryana today. Hisar, Sonipat, Rewari, Narnaul, Sirsa, Jhajjar and Charkhi Dadri are in the grip of dense fog. Visibility was recorded at zero in Hisar. At the same time, there is light fog in Panipat, Palwal, Panchkula, and Kaithal.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of dense fog in Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Gurugram, Hisar, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Sirsa and Sonipat.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is not expected to be clear in the state. Cold winds will blow throughout the day in all the districts of the state. There is no possibility of getting relief from the cold at present.

Two western disturbances will show effect in the state on January 18 and January 21. Due to this, it may rain in some areas on January 21 and 22. The night temperature in the state has increased by 4.1 degrees. This is 3.1 degrees more than normal.

Sirsa recorded the highest temperature of 12.8 degrees. There has been an increase of 6 degrees here. Hisar recorded a temperature of 9.7 degrees, there has been an increase of 6.2 degrees here. Narnaul recorded the lowest temperature of 8.5 degrees.

The state has received 1.7 mm rainfall in 24 hours. From 1 to 16 January, the state received 9 mm of rainfall, which is 50% more than normal. Normal is 6 mm.

According to Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Department of Agricultural Meteorology, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar, the weather will keep changing in Haryana till January 19. During this time, there is a possibility of cloudy weather and morning fog. Apart from this, sporadic drizzle is possible at some places.
