Panipat: In Haryana’s Panipat city, two real brothers have been committing fraud in the name of a famous engine oil company for a long time. For many years, they were making fake oil and selling it in the market. On which the original brand of the company was being used.
This was revealed in a survey conducted by the company. After which, a complaint has been made to the police against both the real brothers. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case under the Copyright Act and other sections.
In the complaint given to the Tehsil Camp Police Station, Subhash Sharma said that he is a resident of Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi. He is posted as Operation Manager at C3I Consultant India Private Company. Castrol Company has authorized his company to catch fake oil from Castrol Company.
On surveying the market in Panipat city, it was found that two real brothers, Umesh Garg and Shrikant, are manufacturing Castrol engine oil for bikes in a warehouse in Deshraj Colony without permission at cheap rates.
They are fraudulently selling fake oil in the market by claiming to be the original product of Castrol without paying bills. Due to this, the company is suffering a lot of losses. Both of them prepare the goods at night.
After this complaint, the police station at Tehsil Camp took action, registered a case against the accused, and arrested both brothers.
