Woman beaten up badly in Charkhi Dadri

Haryana: In Haryana’s Charkhi Dadri village Nauswa, some people entered a house and beat up a woman. She was threatened to be killed.

During this, she has alleged that her earring was snatched. She has filed a complaint at the Chidiya police post under Jhojhun Kalan police station and demanded legal action.cc

In a complaint to the police, 27-year-old Manju, a resident of Nauswa, said that her husband, father-in-law and other family members were sleeping in the house and she was doing household work. At the same time, more than half a dozen people entered her house and as soon as they came, they started abusing her regarding the partition case. Manju alleges that after that a person picked up a brick and hit her on the head and other women and men kicked and punched her.

When she raised an alarm, her father-in-law Satyaveer also came and tried to rescue her from the said people but due to their large number, he could not do so. Meanwhile, her husband intervened and took a photo of the people beating her. The complainant alleges that the said people threatened to kill her family while leaving.

Later she was taken to the Civil Hospital of Charkhi Dadri from where she was referred to Rohtak. She has also accused the people who beat her of snatching her earring. She has filed a complaint with the police and demanded legal action, on the basis of which the police has registered a case against five named and others under the relevant sections and started further action.
