Indian Air Force training program at Hisar airport from today

Hisar: The Indian Air Force will operate fighter planes in Hisar from today. The Air Force training program will be held on the new airstrip built at Hisar Airport, which will run for 3 days till February 7. Group Captain Ritam Kumar of Sirsa Air Force Station will lead this program.

About 18 pilots have reached Hisar and will participate in the training program here. The Air Force is in touch with the local administration regarding this program. The administration has provided facilities to the pilots here. The pilots will stay in the guest house built inside the airport for 3 days.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Boeing plane has landed at Hisar Airport. It is being told that rehearsals will be done here with the jet planes included in the Indian Air Force fleet. Earlier, the Air Force has also landed jet planes on the expressway. Hisar is also important because Sirsa and Ambala airports are not far from here.

There is a large army cantonment in Hisar. In such a situation, the army is also looking at this airport as its preparations. This airport can be used to provide backup to Sirsa and Ambala airports. The runway of Hisar airport has just been built.

Possibilities will also be explored as to how quickly the Air Force pilots can fly jets from here to reach Sirsa and Ambala from Hisar. However, the administrative officials are avoiding speaking about this right now.
