Bhiwani: Due to an internet server down in Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank located in Bawani Khera of Bhiwani district of Haryana, customers have to sit in the bank for hours and then return home, while the bank manager says that a technical fault is coming from behind.
It is worth noting that due to no transactions, etc. in Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank located in Bawani Khera for the last week, bank customers are facing problems, while the bank’s work is also getting affected due to transactions worth lakhs. If customers Bijendra, Vijay, Shyamlal, Usha, Samundar, Shakuntala, and Birmati are to be believed, they have been visiting the bank for transactions since last week.
As soon as they come to the bank, they come to know that the server is down, and they sit in the bank for hours and leave. Even the bank employees are unable to do anything about this problem because their hands are also tied. At the same time, the bank’s transactions worth lakhs are also affected by this work.
Consumers said that the concerned department should take cognizance of the problem that has been going on for so many days and resolve it soon. Many consumers also indicated that they would close their accounts at the bank and open accounts at other banks.
Regarding this, Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank manager Ramesh Kumari said that the server has been down since last week.
The matter is within the knowledge of higher officials. They hope that it will be fixed soon so that the work of consumers is not affected.
