Rewari: A minor boy died after drowning in a pond in Bhadangi village in the Rewari district of Haryana. The boy had gone to take a bath in the pond. Then his foot slipped, and he drowned in deep water. His body was taken out after several hours, with the help of divers.
According to the information received, Kunal (17), a resident of Bhadangi village, was studying in class 12. On Sunday afternoon, he went to take a bath in the village pond. At that time, there were many people around the pond. Kunal drowned in deep water due to slipping feet while bathing. People around me raised an alarm.
After this, the villagers reached the spot and searched for Kunal, but he could not be found. After the information, Bawal police station reached the spot, and divers were called. After about 5 hours of effort, Kunal’s body could be taken out.
On Monday morning, after conducting the post-mortem, the police handed over Kunal’s body to his family. The police have taken normal action in this case. Apart from Kunal, he has a sister at home. Kunal was the only hope for the family.
