Hisar: The number of Congress claimants is increasing in the Hisar assembly elections. Today, former Hisar Municipal Council Chairman Hanuman Aron and his wife, former councillor Rekha Aron, have expressed their desire to contest from Hisar on a Congress ticket.
During a press conference in Hisar today, Hanuman Aron said that “they want to contest from Hisar on a Congress ticket. I and my wife, Rekha Aron, have applied together. Whoever the Congress gives the ticket to, we will contest from him. At this time, the city needs the right MLA who can understand the sentiments of the city.”.
Let us tell you that Hanuman Aron, close to the Hooda faction, was once a loyalist of the Jindal House. It was because of his loyalty that Savitri Jindal gave her blessings to Rekha Aron in the Hisar mayor election held in 2018. Savitri Jindal went from street to street and campaigned for Rekha Aron, but she lost the election to Gautam Sardana of the BJP.
The biggest threat of Hanuman Aran’s ticket being cut is from the Shailja faction. Ramniwas Rada is a contender from the Shailja faction. He is contesting the Hisar assembly election through Kumari Shailja. In such a situation, Rada will be a challenge for Hanuman Aran.
However, Ramniwas Rada has contested the 2019 assembly elections against the BJP’s Dr. Kamal Gupta, and he stood second. This time Rada is hopeful from Hisar, and he is considered one of the close leaders of Kumari Shailja. At the same time, the Aran couple is expressing confidence in Bhupendra Hooda and is claiming to get the ticket based on the survey.
