Haryana: People demonstrated against the electricity problem in some wards of Bawani Khera town of Bhiwani district. They also talked about the regular supply of electricity.
The sub-divisional engineer of the department said that the problem would be solved soon.
Bhajanlal, Shriram, Sunil, Vicky, Jaipal, Rakesh, Paramjeet, Ompati, Dhanno etc. of wards 13, 14, 15 of Bawani Khera said that the problem of electricity has been going on for the last 15 days. They told that two parts of the town have been made.
In which the electricity corporation does not consider the part of the railway line as its own. That is why step-motherly treatment is done. Because the light remains on on one side of the railway line and the power goes off in their wards. The problem is being caused by the line coming from below the railway line.
People say that sometimes the light is dim in this area and sometimes it comes too much due to which problems have to be faced. People told that there is so much problem in rain, storm that there are power cuts for hours. Children are also deprived of education.
They have informed the officials many times, but no permanent solution is being found. The residents of the ward said that if the problem is not resolved in two days, they will appear before the Chief Minister and get the problem resolved.
SDO of Electricity Department Rajendra Kumar said that all consumers are the same for us. He said that power cuts occur due to technical faults.
The SDO has assured the residents of the ward that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.
