Police officer in Rohtak commits suicide

Rohtak: A police officer in Rohtak consumed sulphas tablets. After this, the officer was admitted to PGI, Rohtak where the officer died during treatment. The deceased police officer has been identified as Bhoop Singh, who was posted as SPO (Special Police Officer) in Haryana Police.

According to the family, he had lent Rs 18 lakh 70 thousand to his brother-in-law and a shopkeeper, but now they were not returning the money, due to which Bhoop Singh was very upset. The police have been informed about the matter. The police have kept the body in the mortuary. The police is investigating the matter.

Bansi, a resident of village Bhaini Surjan in Rohtak, complained to the City Police Station. In the complaint, he told that his younger brother Bhoop Singh was posted as SPO (Special Police Officer) in Haryana Police. Bhoop Singh has been living with his family in a rented house in Anantpuram Society located on Jind bypass in Rohtak for the last 3 years.

He said that he had received information that Bhoop Singh had consumed poisonous substance (sulphas) ​​tablets on Hisar bypass. After which Bhoop Singh was brought to Rohtak PGI for treatment. On receiving this information, he also reached Rohtak PGI to take care of his brother where his younger brother died during treatment.
