Charkhi Dadri: Police have succeeded in arresting three accused in the Akash murder case in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. The accused were produced in Charkhi Dadri court today and taken on a one-day remand.
DSP Vinod Shankar gave this information in a press conference in his office on Thursday. The DSP said that the people who committed the murder were from Akash’s friend circle.
Let us tell you that the body of Akash alias Ashu, a resident of Valmiki Nagar in Charkhi Dadri city, was found in the bushes near the road between Chidiya Mod and Mahendragarh Chowk on Tuesday evening.
On receiving the information, the police took the body into custody and kept it in the Civil Hospital of Charkhi Dadri. There were many marks of injuries on the body, and the family members had accused the named persons of killing Akash. Based on this, the police had registered a case.
On Tuesday, the people of Valmiki Nagar expressed their anger by blocking the main road near Valmiki Nagar and demanding the immediate arrest of the accused. During this time, DSP Subhash Chandra, along with the police team, reached the spot and assured a fair investigation of the case and the arrest of the accused. Taking effective action in the case, the police have succeeded in arresting three accused late last night, who have been produced in court today and taken on one-day remand.
DSP Vinod Shankar said that a case was registered on the statement of the deceased’s father, and the police took action and arrested the accused, Ankit, Sahil, and Arun, residents of Charkhi Dadri, from Ghasaula Road. The DSP said that the screwdriver and knife used in the murder have been recovered from the accused. The clothes that the accused were wearing at the time of the incident. They have hidden them somewhere in their house or nearby. They will also be recovered soon.
DSP Vinod Shankar said that the murder accused are the friends of the deceased, who called him and committed this crime. He said that during the remand period, intensive interrogation will be done and the reasons for the murder will be found out.
