For the development of Rohtak city, the local administration has sent proposals worth Rs 522 crore to the government. Along with this, tenders worth Rs 15 crore have been passed for the dairy complex to be built on Kanheli Road, and they have also been allotted.
Facilities like road, sewer, and water will be prepared in this dairy complex. Final approval of Rs 15 crore has been received for this. Now the work of technical approval (negotiation) is going on, which will be completed soon.
As soon as the work starts, all the dairies of the city will be shifted to this new dairy complex located on Kanheli Road. This will improve both cleanliness and the system in the city.
Proposals worth Rs 522 crore
The Municipal Corporation has made several plans to improve the water supply and sewerage system in the city. Under this, there is a plan to bring water from JLN and BSB to the water works through pump sets.
Along with this, the structure of the First Water Works will also be upgraded, which will end the problem of shortage of drinking water. For all these works, the Municipal Corporation has sent proposals worth a total of Rs 522 crore to the government.
